Every stone is dispatched fully insured, by courier, and requires a signature. We do not send stones by any method that cannot be tracked and insured to full value.

How your stone travels

We ship worldwide with DHL Express. Every shipment is insured for the full purchase price of the stone, requires a signature on delivery, and is tracked from the moment it leaves us. Your tracking number is sent to you on dispatch.

Before we dispatch

Kuwait's anti-money-laundering regulations require us to verify the identity of every buyer before a stone leaves our office. Our team will contact you personally on WhatsApp after you order. See Identity Verification & Privacy for what we ask for and why. Stones are dispatched once verification is complete.

Timing

Orders are prepared within two business days of verification. Delivery within Kuwait and the GCC is typically one to three business days from dispatch; elsewhere, three to seven. These are the courier's estimates, not guarantees, and customs can extend them.

Cost

Insured shipping is complimentary on every order, to every destination.

Duties and import taxes

Any customs duty, import tax or clearance charge raised by your own country is your responsibility and is not included in the price. Rates vary by destination and we cannot estimate them for you. If a shipment is refused or abandoned at customs, the return carriage is deducted from any refund.

Collection in Kuwait

You are welcome to collect in person from our office in Kuwait City instead of having a stone shipped. Choose collection at checkout, or tell us when we contact you, and we will arrange a time.
