Before we dispatch

Kuwait's anti-money-laundering regulations require us to verify the identity of every buyer before a stone leaves our office. Our team will contact you personally on WhatsApp after you order. See Identity Verification & Privacy for what we ask for and why. Stones are dispatched once verification is complete.

Duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside Kuwait, any customs duty, import tax or clearance charge raised by the destination country is your responsibility and is not included in the price. If a shipment is refused or abandoned at customs, the return carriage is deducted from any refund.
