What we ask for
After you place an order, our team will contact you personally on WhatsApp and ask for a clear photo of your valid Civil ID (or passport). For certain purchases we may also ask for your occupation, the purpose of the purchase, and source of funds, as required by law.
Why
This is a legal requirement under Kuwait's AML framework (Law No. 106 of 2013 and Ministry of Commerce & Industry regulations) for dealers in precious metals and stones. It is not optional, and it applies to every order.
How your information is handled
Your identification is stored securely with restricted access, kept only for as long as the law requires, and is never used for marketing or shared for any purpose other than compliance.
Your order
Your stone is dispatched once your identity is verified. If you are unable to provide the required identification, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
