These terms govern purchases from gemtopya.co. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who we are

GEMTOPYA is a dealer in loose coloured gemstones, registered in the State of Kuwait and operating from Kuwait City. You can reach us at info@gemtopya.co or on WhatsApp at +965 4119 4014.

One of one

Every stone listed is a single, unrepeatable item. Once a stone is sold it cannot be reordered, and adding a stone to your cart does not reserve it. A stone is secured only by a completed order, and where two orders arrive for the same stone the first completed payment stands; the other is refunded in full.

Descriptions and reports

We describe each stone from its independent laboratory report and our own examination, and we disclose treatment and origin where the laboratory has determined them. Where a report does not establish origin or treatment, we say so rather than guess.

Colour on a screen

Screens differ, and no photograph or video renders a gemstone exactly. Our images are taken in consistent lighting and are not retouched to alter colour, but the stone in your hand is the stone you have bought, not the image of it. This is why we offer both a viewing and an inspection window.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar and include any Kuwait tax that applies. Prices for unsold stones may change without notice. Your order is accepted when payment clears and identity verification is complete.

Title and risk

Ownership of a stone passes to you when we have received payment in full. Risk passes on delivery to you or to a person you have nominated to receive it.

Identity verification

We are required by Kuwait's anti-money-laundering framework to verify the identity of every buyer before dispatch. Where identification is not provided, the order is cancelled and refunded in full. See Identity Verification & Privacy.
